Enforcement Action, Against The Department Of The Navy:

The Department of the Navy, has violated the 1974, 1986 and 1996 safe drinking water act, from 1957 - 1987 in regards to the Camp Lejeune contaminated drinking water. The Department of the Navy, has also violated the TSCA, from 1957 - 2001. The Department of the Navy, has violated the 1972 clean water act in 2001 aboard Camp Lejeune at lot 203. No written or any other form of citations has been issued to the Department of the Navy, by the EPA for these violations. When a government agency is in violation of the safe drinking water act, the government can not claim sovereign immunity.
